Koncept Forged Limited Warranty. Every Koncept Forged wheel is built to order and inspected before it ships. We stand behind that work.

What's covered

• Structure: 3 years. Every wheel is warranted against structural failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship, such as cracks or bends under normal use. Coverage runs 3 years from delivery to the original purchaser.
• Finish: 1 year. Factory finishes are warranted against peeling, blistering, flaking and corrosion under normal use and proper care.
• Hardware (multi-piece wheels): 1 year. Assembly hardware and seals are warranted against defects.

What's not covered

• Damage from impacts, potholes, curbs, off-road strikes, accidents or road hazards
• Curb rash, scratches, chips and normal wear
• Improper installation, mounting or lug torque, and damage from tire mounting equipment
• Stretched tire fitments
• Use of spacers, adapters or hardware not approved by us
• Acidic or harsh wheel cleaners and chemical damage
• Repairs, refinishing or modifications done by anyone else
• Damage from racing, track or competition use. Wheels built for track use carry no warranty.
• Shipping damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery

Shipping damage

We ship by FedEx. Inspect your wheels as soon as they arrive. If anything is damaged, within 24 hours of delivery:

1. Note the damage with FedEx and open a damage case with FedEx.
2. Email info@foreignkoncepts.com with your order number, photos and the FedEx case number. Authorized dealers file a shipping damage claim in the dealer portal instead.
3. Do not mount a damaged wheel. Keep the box and packaging until the case is closed.

We'll send any shipping documents you need for the FedEx case.

How to file a warranty claim

1. Email info@foreignkoncepts.com with your order number, photos of the issue and a short description. Authorized dealers file through the dealer portal.
2. We may ask you to send the wheel in for inspection.
3. If the claim is covered, we'll repair, refinish or replace the wheel at our discretion.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. It covers the wheel only, not tires, labor or other costs.
