Koncept Forged builds bespoke forged wheels for overland rigs: trucks, SUVs and expedition builds that carry weight, cover long distances and still need to look right. Every set is made to order for your exact vehicle, tire and load-out.

What an overland wheel needs

• Strength under load: overland rigs run heavy with racks, water, fuel and gear. Forged aluminum has a denser, more uniform grain than cast, so it handles impacts and fatigue better.
• Weight savings: forged wheels are lighter for their strength, which helps ride quality and fuel range on long trips.
• Fitment for bigger tires: we build around your tire size, lift and brake package so clearance is right the first time.
• A finish that lasts: chosen for dirt, salt and sun, not just the showroom.

Recommended constructions

Off-Road and Monoblock builds are the usual choice for overland: one continuous forging, no hardware to check on the trail. Sizes run from 15" to 30"; most overland builds land at 17" or 18" to fit a taller sidewall.

How an overland build works

1. Send your year, make, model, trim, lift and tire size.
2. Tell us how you use the rig: weekend trails, long-range travel, or both.
3. We confirm fitment and load requirements and send an official quote.
4. Your set is forged and finished to order, about 10 weeks from design approval.

Overland FAQ

What wheel size is best for overlanding?
Smaller diameters with taller sidewalls (often 17" or 18") give more cushion and puncture resistance off-road. We'll recommend a size for your tire and use.

Monoblock or multi-piece for overland?
Most overland builds use a monoblock: it's one piece, so there's no assembly hardware to maintain far from home.

Can you match my rig's existing look?
Yes. Every finish is custom, so we can match or contrast your build.
