Koncept Forged builds bespoke forged wheels for heavy-duty trucks and duallys, made to order for your exact truck, axle and stance. No stock inventory and no generic fitments: every set is engineered around your truck's bolt pattern, center bore, offset and brake package.

Why forged for a work or show truck?

Forging aligns the aluminum's grain structure, so a forged wheel is stronger and lighter than a cast wheel of the same size. On a heavy truck that means less unsprung weight, better ride and steering feel, and a wheel built to handle real towing and hauling, not just look good parked.

What we build for trucks

• Dually sets: matched fronts, rear outers and rear inners built as one set so the faces line up.
• Single rear wheel trucks: lifted, leveled or stock-height setups in 20" to 30".
• Constructions: Monoblock for strength and simplicity, 2-Piece or 3-Piece for deep lips and split finishes, Off-Road for trail use.
• Finishes: custom to your build, including polished, brushed, powder-coated and two-tone.

Built to spec, not to a part number

Because every set is made for one specific truck, we confirm fitment, load requirements and tire size with you before anything is forged. That's why we quote every truck build individually instead of listing generic fitments.

How a truck build works

1. Send us your year, make, model, trim, and whether it's a dually or single rear wheel.
2. Tell us your size, stance (stock, leveled or lifted), tire size and the look you want.
3. We confirm fitment and load requirements and send an official quote.
4. Your set is forged and finished to order, about 10 weeks from design approval.

Do you build dually wheels?
Yes. We build complete dually sets with fronts, rear outers and rear inners made to match.

What sizes do you build for trucks?
Most truck builds run 20" to 26", and our off-road line goes up to 30". Tell us your goal and we'll recommend a size for your stance and tire.

Are forged wheels OK for towing?
Every truck set is engineered around your truck's requirements and confirmed with you before production.
