Koncept Forged builds bespoke forged wheels for street, performance and track cars: sports cars, performance sedans, supercars and daily drivers. Every set is engineered for one car: exact bolt pattern, center bore, width, offset and brake clearance.

Why forged wheels make a car faster

Wheels are rotating, unsprung mass. Cutting weight there pays off more than anywhere else on the car: quicker acceleration, sharper turn-in, better braking feel and a suspension that keeps the tire on the road. Forged aluminum gives the best strength-to-weight ratio of any common wheel construction, and forged magnesium goes lighter still.

Fitment done right

Staggered setups, big brake kits, widebody fenders and aggressive offsets are all built in from the start. We confirm every measurement with you before anything is forged, so the wheels fit the first time.

How a performance build works

1. Send your year, make, model and trim, plus any brake or suspension upgrades.
2. Tell us your size, front and rear width and offset goals, and the finish you want.
3. We confirm fitment and send an official quote.
4. Your set is forged and finished to order, about 10 weeks from design approval.

Are forged wheels worth it over cast or flow-formed?
If you track the car or want the lightest, strongest wheel possible, yes. See what makes a forged wheel stronger than cast.

Do you build staggered sets?
Yes. Give us front and rear specs in your quote request.

Will your wheels clear my big brake kit?
We design around your exact brake package. Tell us the caliper and rotor size when you request a quote.

Is my track wheel covered by warranty?
No. Racing, track and competition use are not covered by our warranty.
